Thanks for joining us, Katy! Let’s start by talking about how Bombastic Partners seems to prioritise cryptocurrency. How has the integration of cryptocurrency transactions influenced player behaviour and transaction volumes?

Thanks so much for having me! The integration of cryptocurrency transactions has positively influenced player behaviour and transaction volumes for our brands. The reason is simple: cryptocurrencies offer increased privacy and anonymity, which attracts players who may have been hesitant to engage in online gambling previously. 

The use of crypto allows for cross-border transactions in markets with restrictive banking systems or currency controls. The speed of crypto transactions are often near-instant, which leads to increased gaming participation and higher transaction volumes.

In a nutshell, crypto provides faster, more private, and accessible currency for the wider iGaming audience. 

Apart from crypto, there’s another concept that’s been changing the industry – AI. Can you share an example of predictive analytics or AI dramatically transforming your strategy? Where do you see this technology leading us to?

Like a handful of other brands, we have embraced the use of AI to provide personalised gameplay for our players. This AI technology allows us to offer unique recommendations and suggestions tailored to enhance their user experience. We also use AI in our promotions and data analysis to tailor a casino experience to a certain demographic or specific groups of people.

In a nutshell, crypto provides faster, more private, and accessible currency for the wider iGaming audience.

When it comes to iGaming, everybody’s journey tends to be unique. What challenges and opportunities have you encountered in the industry so far? 

It's been a thrilling journey for sure! Starting in 2005 at InterCasino, I saw the iGaming industry grow from a largely unregulated space to one focused on compliance and local licensing. This shift brought both opportunities for innovation and challenges with navigating regulations. 

Working with companies like ComeOn Group and Casumo deepened my understanding of affiliate marketing, customer relationship management, and product development. Joining Bombastic Partners last year, a crypto-centric brand no less, marked a major milestone for me. I'm excited to continue learning and building in this fast-evolving space, where every day brings something new! 

What are the unique strategies that Bombastic Partners employs to penetrate new or challenging markets? 

When we enter new markets, we take a carefully localised approach. We target players from English-speaking markets, Vietnam, and Japan and utilise native talent. From site content to promotions, grassroots marketing, and social media, the focus is on understanding the local player. 

We heave also implemented a loyalty program where players can earn Bombastium Coins, which can be used for bonuses, cashback, unique “money can't buy” experiences, and Bombastic merchandise. By creating a unique brand identity through design, style, and user experience, we want Bombastic to stand out from the competition. 

How does Bombastic Partners leverage data to create personalised gaming experiences? Can you provide an example where this approach significantly impacted your success? 

Data is king, and I am a data geek! As I've already said, we use AI to personalise each player's gaming journey. We consider factors such as favourite games, most played games, preferred promotions, and available loyalty rewards. This data-driven approach helps us achieve a tailored and engaging experience for all players.

So far, we’ve only talked about the positives. Was there a significant setback or failure that has reshaped Bombastic Partners' approach to business and innovation?

We are a new player in the industry, so Bombastic Partners has not experienced significant setbacks. However, we do acknowledge our role in educating affiliates and players about cryptocurrencies, especially for those more accustomed to traditional fiat brands. In response, we are developing guides and tutorials, and continually improving our website and gaming platform to ensure the best user experience.

The iGaming market is ever-changing and demanding. From your experience, what can online casinos do to maintain high-quality standards and ensure a diverse gaming experience for all players? 

All online casinos should prioritise security, transparency, and fairness to ensure player loyalty and a quality gaming experience. That goes without saying.

This includes clear and fair terms and conditions, transparent bonus requirements, data protection, secure financial transactions, and robust responsible gaming measures. Providing players with the ability to set limits and access support for gambling-related issues is also essential. 

Lastly, as the iGaming industry continues to grow, what future trends do you believe will have the most significant impact on casino affiliates and how is Bombastic Partners preparing to meet these challenges? 

Cryptocurrency adoption, increasing player tech-savviness, and the demand for immersive gaming experiences are future trends that will significantly impact casino affiliates. Bombastic Partners aims to build a community-driven brand and provide a platform for players to enjoy together.

There is also an emerging trend of social and collaborative gaming products, streaming platforms, and community groups like Telegram. Bombastic Partners sees these trends as opportunities to leverage, along with the use of videos and social content platforms like TikTok, to meet the challenges of the evolving iGaming industry.
